Relaxing
- Thai – it is a dry treatment (without oil) performer through a delicate loose clothes. It combines very slow and rhythmic muscles pressure in order to relax, and then it comes to their stretching. The massage starts from feet towards head. The body is gently moved, relaxed and stretched. (Massage duration: 30 - 90 minutes)
- Hawaii (Lomi Lomi) – it is an unusual massage of the ancient tradition. The treatment is made on the whole physical body and also on surrounding energetic bodies. A characteristic feature of this massage is massaging with forearms. Steady, smooth, rather strong movements allow to achieve full relaxation. (Massage duration: 60 - 120 minutes)
- Hot stones – In the massage, hot volcanic stones in the contact with the body deliver its valuable energy, by bringing back its correct flow in the main energetic ducts of the body. They deeply warm up the organism, speed up blond pressure and are relaxing. (Massage duration: 30 - 90 minutes)
Healing
- Classical – the treatment is used to prevent and heal different disorders. Traditional massage techniques are most frequently used. Regular massage improves well-being, it corrects the existing changes of osseous system. After the massage, tension in spine, back and neck is released. (Massage duration: 20 - 40 minutes)
- Lymphatic drainage – the massage consists in clearing and removing lymphatic oedema, particularly in summer, in persons with low pressure tendency. Drainage is uses with success as a general massage and as a cosmetic treatment. It is frequently used in anti-cellulite massage. (Massage duration: 30 - 60 minutes)
